Cancellation or change of order

Once an order has been placed, we immediately start processing it in our automated system. This includes amending the delivery address, shipping method, or removing items from the order. Due to this automated nature, we are unable to make any changes once the order is in the system.


If you realize you made an error in your order, such as selecting the wrong item or size, or providing incorrect information, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at hello@kkbeauty.shop


While we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, we will do our best to assist you within the constraints of our production process.


We understand that mistakes can happen, and we will do our best to assist you. However, due to the automated, order-on-demand nature of our process, amending or canceling an order is generally not possible once it has been placed.

 

Returns/exchanges and refunds

Due to the unique nature of our customization process/order-on-demand process, we cannot accept returns/exchanges or refunds for customized products


We can only accept returns for damaged or faulty items. If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, it's crucial to report this as soon as possible to ensure that we can take appropriate action.


 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We can only accept returns for damaged or faulty items. If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, it's crucial to report this as soon as possible to ensure that we can take appropriate action.

In most cases, we process reshipments as soon as possible, within 72 hours. However, if an internal investigation is required, it may take longer.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
